Terms and conditions of booking your Drupa tour with Thunderbolt

1. Your tour will be booked and coordinated by Parktown Travel, who have all of the necessary travel industry accreditation. Our contact there is Anthony Merchak and his number is 011 784 4476 and his email address is lmer@mweb.co.za. Parktown Travel will invoice you for the selected Tour Price as per your Application Form.
   1.1. PLEASE NOTE that the closing date for bookings will be 15 March 2012.
2. Your R10,000 deposit, which is required to confirm your tour booking, must be paid into the Parktown Travel bank account, the details of which are:
   Bank: ABSA

   Account name: Viscamart (Pty) Ltd. trading as Parktown Travel
   Reference: Please use DRUPA followed by your initials and surname, or your company name if paying on behalf of a few people from the same company.
3. Your tour price includes:
   3.1. Return airfares and all airport taxes as per your class choice in the attached Application Form;
   3.2. Accommodation on a bed and full English breakfast basis, as per your single/twin choice in the
          attached Application Form, at the Dusseldorf City Centre Holiday Inn;
   3.3. Transfers between the airport and the hotel;
   3.4. A 5-day trade fair pass for drupa 2012;
   3.5. Transfers between the hotel and drupa 2012 on all 5 days of your trade fair pass.
4. The payments terms are as follows:
   4.1. A deposit of R10,000 payable on booking your tour;
   4.2. A further payment of R15,000 payable before the end of January 2012;
   4.3. The balance of your Tour Price payable by the end of March 2012.
   4.4. You can, of course, pay the full tour price when you book your tour.
5. Cancellation fees are payable as follows:
   5.1. Prior to the end of January 2012, you will forfeit 50% of your deposit on cancellation;
   5.2. After January 2012, the cancellation fee will be 100% of all payments received.
6. You will be required to arrange your own Schengen Visa. Please allow at least six weeks to book your appointment and apply for your Visa if you are a non-EU citizen. There is an online appointment booking system at www.visa-germany.co.za or you can call them on 0861 00 22 45. Please note that your trade fair visitor entrance tickets and your Invoice from Parktown Travel for your drupa 2012 tour will serve as your "invitation letter" when applying for your Visa. These will be sent to you after you have sent us your completed Tour Application Form and after you have paid your tour deposit.
   6.1. You may be travelling via Switzerland, so please check your Tour Confirmation Form for your exact
          routing and arrange your Visa accordingly.
   6.2. Kindly ensure that you have a passport valid until December 2012 prior to applying for your Visa and
          that you have a couple of spare pages in it.
