The order form on this page is only to be used for the ordering of Spare Parts and must not be used for attempting to order machinery as that requires a more personal approach where our sales executives work hand-in-hand with you to design and configure the equipment according to your exact production requirements.

WARNING: The onus falls on you to check that the part being ordered is the correct one and that the order number used is correctly inserted. Items ordered erroneously will still be for your account. If you are unsure about the part required, you should rather contact your local spares department and receive first-hand assistance.

If the spare parts you require are not in stock, they can be ordered from our suppliers in one of three ways depending on the urgency. The cost of shipping is for your account.

  • Urgent/Blitz (48 – 72 hrs) subject to customs clearance
  • Normal Consignment (1 week) orders finalised on weekdays
  • Consignment shipped (+/- 3 weeks)

It would be appreciated if you could please specify the serial number of the machine so that we can build up a spares history on your particular machine. This will assist us in locating problem areas with individual machines and will allow us to provide the best possible service and solution.
